Many people around Australia were celebrating over the weekend, following news that the Prime Minister wasn't going to sell the Snowy Hydro Scheme after all.None more so than Perico blog reporter, regular Brunswick drinker and renowned local agriculturalist, Damo Wilding. Damo welcomed the news, but warned that "the cost of hydro is probably going to have to go up because of this decision."
Inside a packed front bar at the Retreat last night, Damo told Perico that "hydro is more potent and better value for money than stuff that's grown outdoors" and that he has "some of the best shit money can buy."
