Friday night's 5- band bonanaza at the Brunswick Hotel, headlined by Brunswick super-group Perico, was packed out by a bizarre mix of sweaty teenagers, frustrated New Zealanders and "quite a few Poms".Undoubtedly the most bizarre part of the crowd was bass player Greg Aronson's personal fan club, whose ecstatsy at listening to their hero's sweet musical skills could only have been surpassed if he'd actually kicked his gear off and danced around nude.
