Perico announced today that they would perform at twilight at the appropriately named "Twilight Fete" at the Brunswick South Primary Schoool. "This is not a new direction for the band." said fertile bassist Greg. "In fact it's probable that the audience will actually be older than what's normal at our gigs."
"It's part of our commitment to return things to the community " added Richard 'Gandhi' Oldfield, "and it doesn't really represent what we necessarily think is cool."
Perico drummer and intellectual Col was up beat, which is generally better than being off-beat.
"They sell beer at the fete. Yes, I'll say it again. THEY SELL BEER."
Brunswick South Primary School Twilight Fete runs from 3:30pm on Friday 10th of November. The school is located on Brunswick Road, between Lygon St and Nicholson St. Perico will begin playing at about 8:30pm.
